“I really enjoyed this and learned a lot. Thank you.”
“The talisman activity stuck with me. It helps me stay aware of the present moment and focus my thoughts on one thing, moving away from my inner angst.”
“I love the Awakening lesson. It clearly explains what awakening is, and my understanding of it before was way off base.”
“I greatly appreciate any organization dedicated to helping people find happiness within themselves and the world. The ‘Renewed sense of Meaning’ section of your video describes my situation quite well.”
“The welcome and intro were down to earth and relatable, and I got very emotional watching. The Roller Coaster lesson moved me too, and I love the quizzes.”

Be more here
and less elsewhere.
At home, you practice returning to the conversation you’re in.
Under pressure, you practice noticing tension before the sharp reply.
After a hard moment, you have a practice to return to.
The aim: stress still happens, but it has less say in how you respond.

He started
with himself.
Andrew reads evidence for a living. He brought that same rigor to his own stress response.
He created Enlightenment Lab to turn that exploration into a structured course in attention and meditation.
His framework for the mind was the one medicine gave him, and it did not prepare him for the tension and reactivity that showed up in his own relationships. He found his way through counseling, then mindfulness, then years of reading in neuroscience and the science of attention. Enlightenment Lab is the structured course he built so that other people can learn what worked for him, one stage at a time.

What happens when I send my details?
You’re requesting course information and follow-up emails from Enlightenment Lab. This form does not create an account or start a trial. You can unsubscribe at any time.
What can I try for free?
The short Tension Check exercise on this page is free to try, with no signup required. Leave your details if you’d like to learn more about the course.
Do I need meditation experience?
No prior experience is needed. The course explains each element before you practice it.
How much time does the course take?
About 15 minutes most days, with a longer weekly session. The full program is designed for under three hours a week.
Will this remove the stress in my life?
The practice focuses on how you notice and respond to stress. The aim is more choice in your response, even when life is still demanding.
Is this medical treatment or therapy?
No. Enlightenment Lab is an educational course in attention and meditation. It does not replace medical care or psychotherapy.
